摘 要
我国是木材和木制品的生产和消费大国,为了满足木材加工产业的需求需要提供大量的木材原料。油锯因其携带方便,操作简单成为应用最广泛的伐木机械。除此之外油锯还可用于园林的修枝锯树,农用的打柴锯木,如果它的链条使用合金材料作为切割刀刃,就可以作为消防救援的工具,对墙壁或者混泥土开界。油锯越来越多的融入我们的日常生活中。但是 ,油锯的使用存在较大的安全隐患,不规范的操作会直接威胁操作者的人身安全,油锯的反弹和振动也会给操作者带来潜在的健康问题;为此,油锯的设计至关重要。

Design of chain saw
Abstract
It is well known that China is a major producer and consumer of wood and wood products. In order to meet the demand of wood processing industry, we need to provide a lot of wood raw materials. Among them, the oil saw is easy to carry, easy to operate as the most widely used logging machinery. In addition chain saw also can be applied to landscape tree pruning saws, agricultural and firewood sawmills, if its chain using alloy material as a cutting edge, can be used as a fire rescue tools, on the wall or concrete. In addition, our country is also the production and export of chainsaw chain, oil saw. Chain is becoming more and more integrated into our lives.But relatively, chain saw and there is a big security hidden danger, non-standard operation will directly threaten the operator safety, chain saw rebound and vibration will bring potential health problems to the operator. Therefore, it is very important to design oil saws.

1 课题研究目的和意义
我国对于木材的消耗和需求在国际上都趋于前位,林业的发展对于我国经济的发展有着不小的影响。建国至今我国林业的发展经历了以下四个阶段:一是1949年至1977年,该时期国家为工业化提供积累,大量采伐原始林;二是1978年至1991年,以造林、护林取代原木生产的时期;三是1992年至1998年,从传统林业到可持续林业转变时期;四是1998年至今,以生态建设为主时期[1]。我国也在不断的致力于如何最大程度的合理拓展林业经济,其中合适的林业机械,科学性的林业开发技术,专业的操作人员对林业产业的飞跃式发展起到了至关重要的作用。特别是党的“十三五”以后制订了新的林业保护目标,人工林已经成为木材的主要来源;因此伐木机械的开发设计极其重要。
