重组竹作为梁、柱的节点构造设计研究综述
摘 要:重组竹是一种新型木竹复合材料。通过分析木竹重组材的背景,生产工艺及自身特性来研究此类新型材料作为梁柱时节点连接的方式以及要求。通过研究结果, 分析重组竹作为梁祝节点时应当注意的要求事项, 并提出今后的研究方向, 指出重组竹具有广阔的发展前景。

Study on the structural design of the node of recombinant bamboo as beam and column.
Abstract: Recombinant bamboo is a new type of wood-bamboo composite material. Through the analysis of the background, production process and its own characteristics, the paper studies the way and requirements of the new type of wood-bamboo composite material when it is used as beam-column connection. At the same time, through the research results, the paper analyzes the requirements that should be paid attention to when recombined bamboo is the node of beam and column, and puts forward the future research direction, and points out that recombined bamboo has a broad development prospect.

1 设计背景
我国身为竹子产量的第一大国,对竹子的利用尤为重视,由于竹子的外观造型,以及它的空心构造,使竹子的应用方面受到了很大的限制,而重组竹的出现打破了这一局限,使竹材得以广泛应用于家居、建筑等行业,缓解了我国木材资源短缺的现象。
重组竹材料又称竹材重组材,是一种将竹材重新组织并加以强化成型的一种竹质新材料,也就是将竹材加工成长条状竹篾、竹丝或碾碎成竹丝束,经干燥后浸胶,再干燥到要求含水率,然后铺放在模具中,经高温高压热固化而成的型材。
