研究的目的及意义:

我国是制浆造纸生产和纸板消费的大国,纸和纸板的生产量和消费量稳居世界第一,但我国的纤维资源严重匮乏,废纸成为主要的纸浆资源之一,而随着废纸回用次数的增加,纤维的品质与质量也有所降低,导致纸和纸板的质量下降。为了考察不同来源的纸和纸板的品质、及其对纸和纸板质量的影响,研究将针对不同来源的纸板进行碎浆、筛分和不同打浆度处理,了解废纸的纤维性质、打浆性等与纸张性质的关系,为工业化生产提供理论基础和实践指导

Research purpose and significance:

China pulp and paper production and cardboard consumption power, the no.1 in the world production and consumption of paper and board, but our country#39;s grave shortage of fiber resources, waste paper become one of the main resource to pulp, and with the increase of number of waste paper recycling, fiber quality and the quality is lower, resulting in a decline in the quality of the paper and cardboard. To different sources of quality of paper and board, and its impact on the quality of paper and cardboard, research will focus on different sources of cardboard for pulping, screening and different beating degree, understand the nature of waste paper fiber, beating sex relationship with the nature of the paper, which provides the theoretical foundation for industrialized production and practice guidance

国内外同类研究概况:

近年来,全世界原浆产量与纸和纸板产量的差距越来越大,差额部分主要由废纸来补充,废纸将占纸纤维原料的50%~60%。废纸回收率最高的依次为香港、德国、韩国、日本、中国台湾,其中香港和德国废纸回收率分别高达88.2%和71%。废纸利用率最高是墨西哥、中国台湾和韩国,墨西哥的造纸绝对依赖于废纸原料。据估算,回收1吨办公类废纸,可生产0.8吨再生纸,相应节约木材4立方米。如果把今天世界上所用办公纸张的一半加以回收利用,就能满足新纸需求量的75%,相当于800万公顷森林免遭砍伐。

Overview of similar research at home and abroad:

In recent years, the gap between the output of raw pulp and paper and paperboard is increasing in the world, and the difference is mainly made up of waste paper, which will account for 50% ~ 60% of paper fiber raw materials. The highest recycling rates were in Hong Kong, Germany, South Korea, Japan and Taiwan, among which the recovery rates were 88.2 and 71 per cent respectively. Waste paper utilization is highest in Mexico, Taiwan and South Korea, and Mexican paper-making is absolutely dependent on waste paper materials. It is estimated that the recycling of 1 ton of office waste paper can produce 0.8 tons of recycled paper, which will save 4 cubic meters of wood. If half of the world#39;s office paper is recycled today, 75 percent of the demand for new paper will be met, equivalent to 8 million hectares of forest.
