在高渗胁迫下拟南芥干旱感受器OSCA家族对种子萌发的影响

摘要: 干旱是植物需要应对的最主要的非生物胁迫,因此,在植物不同的生活史中会采用不同的措施抵抗干旱。在植物抗旱的过程中,种子萌发是一个很重要的生理过程。在自然条件下,种子需要克服许多非生物胁迫直到遇到合适的环境开始发芽。本文综述了近年来种子萌发及其调控过程的研究进展, 同时简单介绍了拟南芥OSCA家族的特点,以期找到最终能解决农业缺水的问题。

Abstract: Drought is the most important abiotic stress that plants need to deal with. Therefore, different measures will be adopted to resist drought in different life histories of plants.

Seed germination is an important physiological process in drought resistance.Under natural conditions, the seed has to overcome many abiotic stresses until it meets the right conditions to germinate.In this paper, the research progress of seed germination and its regulation process in recent years was reviewed, and the characteristics of arabidopsis OSCA family were briefly introduced in order to find a solution to the problem of water shortage in agriculture.
