丙烯酸酯酸酯乳液聚合
摘要:丙烯酸酯乳液是聚合物乳液中的一大主要类别,是由丙烯酸酯和甲基丙烯酸酯类单体共聚,与其他乙烯基单体共聚而成。由于其优越的成膜性、良好的耐水性和耐候性,优良的粘结性,得到人们的重视。丙烯酸酯乳液是实验室理论探索和工业化生产研究中较多的一类乳液,自20世纪30年代开始投入生产和使用,因其具有很多其他乳液无可比拟的优点,例如丙烯酸酯乳液性能优良、价格低廉, 合成工艺简单, 乳液稳定, 涂层耐光、耐老化, 因此丙烯酸酯类共聚物乳液得到了广泛应用,如其可以作为涂料的成膜剂、纺织品印染用粘合剂、不同功能的膜结构、医疗专用高分子材料、纳米类材料以及水处理方向等多个方面,用量与日俱增,在短短几十年内取得了迅速的发展。其稳定性与改性成为研究者研究的热点。本文主要研究了单体、乳化剂、引发剂、链转移剂、pH调节剂以及保护胶体等基本组成及反应温度、搅拌强度、加料方式等影响因素对丙烯酸酯乳液共聚过程及所得共聚物乳液性能的影响。

ABSTRACT
Acrylate emulsion polymer emulsion is one of the main categories, it is by the copolymerization of acrylate and methyl acrylic monomers, or copolymerization with other vinyl monomers. Acrylate emulsion was more in the theoretical exploration and industrialized production research laboratory of emulsion, since the 20th century 30 s and started production and use, because of its many other emulsion incomparable advantages, such as low cost, molding process is simple and convenient operation, good emulsion stability and water resistance performance is good, high transparency, adhesive strength, etc., in a short span of a few decades has achieved rapid development. Acrylate emulsion is a major category of polymer emulsion and its stability and modified become the research hot spot.
In this paper, we study the temperature ratio, emulsifier, initiator dosage of MMA and MA copolymerization reaction, through the control variable method to experiment, to get the product of the emulsion zata potential, particle size, infrared spectrum and centrifugal tests to study its stability, ultimately determine the most suitable reaction conditions.
