纳米纤维素改性聚磷酸铵对胶合板阻燃性能的影响
摘 要 :目前在很多国家,胶合板被广泛用于室内的装修和建筑等领域,其适用范围广泛。但由于胶合板自身特性,决定了其是可燃、易燃的材料,这就限制了胶合板的使用范围。直接使用未经任何防火处理的胶合板,对火灾的发生存在很大的隐患。胶合板虽然是一种易燃材料,但进行阻燃处理后,也是可以使其由易燃品变为难燃材料,研究胶合板的阻燃性能对拓宽其适用范围具有重要意义。APP是一种常见的阻燃剂,而NCC作为纳米材料可以有效提升其阻燃性能。本文对胶合板阻燃领域和胶合阻燃机理进行了介绍,并对NCC和APP的特性和阻燃机理进行了介绍。

Literature Review on the Effect of Nanocellulose Modified Ammonium Polyphosphate on Flame Retardant Property of Plywood
ABSTRACT
At present, in many countries, plywood is widely used in indoor decoration and construction, and its application range is wide. However, due to its own characteristics, plywood is flammable and flammable material, which limits the use of plywood. The direct use of plywood without any fire prevention treatment has a great hidden danger to the occurrence of fire. Plywood is a kind of flammable material, but after flame retardant treatment, it can also make it from flammable material to flame retardant material. It is important to study the flame retardant properties of plywood to broaden its application scope. APP is a common flame retardant, and NCC as a nano-material can effectively improve its flame retardancy. In this paper, the flame retardant field and mechanism of plywood are introduced. The characteristics and flame retardant mechanism of NCC and APP are also introduced.
