监控视频质量诊断系统诊断算法综述

【摘要】在现代社会,视频监控系统比比皆是,对于大型视频监控系统,其监控点趋向分散,导致对其视频质量的监管乏力,不少视频监控系统都面临着如何保证视频质量及维护视频质量难度逐渐加大的问题。而首当其冲的问题就是如何发现并判断视频图像发生异常。

通常巡査视频质量的任务是由管理人员人工查看,并将结果手动记录。这种方法缺乏对监控系统的自动化处理能力,管理人员也不太可能全天候记录视频质量状态,导致维护系统的周期延长、操作繁琐,不利于降低成本和风险。因此,基于图像分析技术的视频质量诊断系统的设计十分必要。它能对视频中的几种干扰现象如清晰度异常、亮度异常、视频抖动、画面冻结等作出诊断、自动生成统计结果。视频质量诊断系统的研究的重难点是基于图像分析的儿种视频异常诊断算法。设计的视频质量诊断算法系统经过多次调整后得出的与环境相适应的参数后具有一定的准确性和实用价值。

【Abstract】In modern society, video surveillance systems abound. For large-scale video surveillance systems, their monitoring points tend to be scattered, resulting in weak supervision of their video quality. Many video surveillance systems are faced with the difficulty of ensuring video quality and maintaining video quality. Increase the problem. The first problem is how to find and judge the video image is abnormal.

Usually the task of patrolling video quality is manually viewed by the manager and the results are manually recorded. This method lacks the automatic processing capability of the monitoring system, and the management personnel are also less likely to record the video quality status around the clock, resulting in prolonged maintenance system cycles and cumbersome operations, which is not conducive to reducing costs and risks. Therefore, the design of video quality diagnosis system based on image analysis technology is very necessary. It can diagnose several kinds of interference phenomena in the video such as sharpness abnormality, brightness abnormality, video jitter, picture freeze, etc., and automatically generate statistical results. The difficulty in the research of video quality diagnosis system is based on image analysis of video anomaly diagnosis algorithm. The designed video quality diagnosis algorithm system has certain accuracy and practical value after many adjustments to the environment-adapted parameters.
