移动式秸秆粉碎机的总体设计

摘 要

我国是一个农业大国,每年都有大量的秸秆被囤积。秸秆作为一种环保的生物质能源没有得到有效的利用。将秸秆还田处理不仅能提高土壤的肥力,还能减少秸秆焚烧带来的温室效应等环境问题。虽然我国物料粉碎技术相对较成熟,粉碎机具种类与粉碎方式也多种多样,但还有许多不完善的地方,不能很好地满足各类生物质粉碎作业的要求。本文主要根据国内外现有的粉碎机对其进行结构功能分析,结合实际情况,设计一种移动式秸秆粉碎机。

Overall Design of Mobile Straw Crusher

ABSTRACT

China is a gerat agricultural country where a large number of straw has been hoarded every year. As a kind of green biomass energy, straw has not be used effectively yet. Returning staw into the field cannot only improve the soil fertility, but also reduce the greenhouse effect caused by straw burning and solve other environmental problems. Technology of material crushing is relatively mature and many different types of crushing equipment and methods are applied in our country, however the current situation cannot meet the standard of all kinds of biomass crushing operations. This paper analyze the structural function the existing crusher in domestic and foreign and combine the actual situation to design a mobile crusher.
