增强型核壳结构木塑复合材料研究进展

摘要:木塑复合材料同时兼有塑料和木材的优良特点,耐候性、尺寸稳定性好,使用寿命长,在生活中应用于越来越多的场合。本文主要介绍了国内外关于核壳结构木塑复合材料的研究状况,结合HDPE基木塑复合材料的发泡以及共挤出技术,并就当前的发展情况,提出了增强型核壳结构HDPE基木塑复合材料的研究发展方向。

Research Progress of Enhanced Core-shell Structure Wood Plastic Composites

Abstract: Wood plastic composites has excellent characteristics with plastic and wood, such as weather resistance, good dimensional stability, long service life, so it has been used in more and more occasions in life. This article mainly introduces the research status of core-shell structure wood plastic composites and coextrusion technology at home and abroad. Combining foamed wood plastic composites which is made by high density polyethylene (HDPE) and wood powder, with coextrusion technology, with the current situation, the future investigation of enhanced core-shell structure wood plastic composites is proposed.

1 引言

木塑复合材料(WPC)是一种将木质纤维与塑料复合而成的新型材料。它的加工过程是将木材等作为填料或增强材料,添加到热塑性塑料(聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯等)中去,并通过加热使木材与熔融状态的热塑性塑料进行复合而得到的新型复合材料。

木塑复合材料同时兼有塑料和木材的特点,木质感良好,可以像木材一样进行锯切或刨削加工,也可像热塑性塑料一样回收再利用。它拥有原料来源广泛、尺寸稳定性好、便于加工成型,以及拥有与塑料类似的耐水性和抗生物侵蚀的优点[1],化学稳定性强、强度高、难燃及成本低,已被广泛应用。
