MDF热压排气净化系统参数优化
摘 要
热压工段是纤维板成型的重要工段,同时也会产生一系列环境问题,对生产车间、大气环境造成不利影响。中密度纤维板(MDF)热压工序中挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)和木质粉尘是影响生产环境的主要因素。结合上述污染物的特征和特性分析,提出湿法洗涤技术进行热压排气末端治理,并选择湍球塔作为洗涤净化装置,选择水作为吸收剂,根据前期所测排气浓度和相关标准的排放限值,理论计算出湍球塔的主要运行参数和结构参数,对于湍球塔运行中的主要的三个参数:液体喷淋量和操作气速以及静止床层高度进行了反复试验使热压工段排气经湍球塔洗涤后达到标准中要求的排放限值,以期达到推动行业清洁生产,建设环境友好型产业的目的。

Parameters optimization of MDF hot pressing exhaust purification system
Abstract
The hot pressing section is an important section of fibreboard forming, but also a series of environmental problems, the production workshop, atmospheric environment caused adverse effects. Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and wood dust in MDF hot pressing process are the main factors affecting the production environment. Character analysis, combined with the characteristics of pollutants and wet washing technology in hot exhaust end governance, and select the turbulent ball tower as washing purification device, choose water as absorbent, according to the previous measured concentration of exhaust gas emissions limits and related standards, theory to calculate the turbulent ball tower, the main operation parameters and structure parameters for turbulent ball tower, the main operation of three parameters: liquid spray quantity and operating gas velocity and static bed height on the trial and error to make hot pressing section exhaust after washing turbulent ball tower to achieve emissions limits in the standard requirement, to promote the clean production industry, the purpose of the construction of environmental friendly industries.
