“为久坐族而设计”家具设计文献综述
摘要：“久坐族”作为一个并不新鲜的概念影响着我们的日常生活，引发了许多后遗疾病，持续的困扰着许多久坐工作的人群。针对久坐族所做的设计也常年是热门的话题，但是人们的关注点大都在于如何救治如何使“坐”更舒适。本次的设计主题走向相反，旨在以设计出让人坐的不舒适，从而起身进行短时间的锻炼休息。
本文通过对设计过程中需要的前期调查以及设计工序做了详尽的分析，发掘出了可能遇到的问题并提供了理论解决方法，从而为实体打样提供理论基础。文中涉及到了对“久坐族”这一概念的深度剖析，以及对人体工程学的调查研究，同时还包括设计程序中需要使用到的如传感器等陌生高新设备理论。通过对大量相关文献的理解分析，最后综合性的为实体的设计提供了完备的理论资料。

Abstracts: 'Sedentary' as a concept is not new affects our daily lives, caused many heritage after disease, constant bothering many sedentary work. The design of research in sedentary family also is a hot topic all the year round, but the focus of people mostly lies in how to treat how to 'sit' more comfortable. To the contrary, the design theme of this is to design for people to sit uncomfortable, so went to exercise and rest for a short period of time.
This article through to design process need to made a detailed analysis of the investigation and design process, find the possible problems and provides the theoretical solution, thus providing theoretical basis for the entity proofing. This paper involves the 'sedentary' the concept of depth profiling, and the research on the human body engineering, at the same time also includes the design procedures need to use to the theory of new high-tech equipment such as sensors. Through the understanding of a large number of relevant literature analysis, finally comprehensive design for the entity provides complete theoretical data.

引言：
久坐族，是指那些需要经常坐着上班的一族，长时间面对电脑，长时间开车，他们所表现的特点是一周至少坐五天，故被称为久坐族[1]。久坐族的分布人群有IT从业人员、会计、编辑、教师、办公室职员等。对于久坐族来讲，一个缓解久坐后遗症的产品是不够的，我们要从源头开始预防。久坐问题的症结就在坐上，让目标受众站起来，就是这次家具设计产品的宗旨。我们从最初的久坐造成的身体危害以及预防方法入手，详细的发掘了设计过程中需要处理的部件，并且综合考虑了椅子的人体工程学应用。
