废包装桶及槽罐车清洗废水处理工程设计综述
[摘要]废包装桶及槽罐车清洗废水含有大量的甲苯、二甲苯和石油类等有机物,COD 较高、成分复杂、可生化性差。通过工程实例探讨采用破乳 Fenton 氧化为主预处理工艺,水解酸化 好氧接触氧化的生化处理工艺,以及活性炭吸附的深度处理工艺,对于废包装桶及槽罐车清洗废水处理的可行性。结果表明,该组合工艺处理效果良好,运行稳定可靠,满足当地化工园区接管要求。

Project case of thewastewater treatment
Abstract:The washing wastewater about cleaning chemical packing drums and tank truck contains a large amount of organic substances such as toluene,xylene and oil etc,which has COD,complex composition and poor biodegradability.The feasibility of wastewater treatment has been discussed by a is adopted project case,the“demulsification Fenton oxidation”as the pretreatment process,“hydrolytic acidification biological contact oxidation”biochemical process and“activated carbon adsorption”deep treatment process are used.The results shows that the treatment effect of combined process is good,and its operation is stable and reliable and can meet the requirements for the take-over of chemical industry parks.

1前言
随着中国经济的快速发展,工业化产品的使用量与日俱增。工业化产品的生产、包装、运输和贮存过程中会使用到大量的化学包装桶、吨桶和槽罐车等。因此,中国目前每年产生的化学包装桶也处于快速的增长状态。化学包装桶是指用于包装储存各类化学原料和产品的桶装容器,按化学物质种类分为无机和有机化学包装桶;按化学品的状态分为液态、固态和半液态化学包装桶;按包装桶材质主要分为铁制和塑料化学包装桶。鉴于化学包装桶多涉及危险化学品,危害较大,大部分化学包装桶被视为危险废弃物,废化学包装桶的收集、转移、处置过程已纳入危险废物的管理范畴。目前,虽然中国每年产生的大量化学包装桶被清洗和再利用,但多为生产企业回收再售,由于缺乏有效的污染防治措施,含化学品的废水及残存化学物质被随意排放,危害生态环境。
