预处理对污泥蛋白质降解转化的影响

摘要:脱水后泥饼的含水率越低,污泥体积越小,运输成本越低,后续处理处置费用越少。但是由于污泥中存在表面电荷与胞外聚合物等原因,造成污泥具有高度亲水性,水分子与污泥颗粒以多种方式结合,机械脱水效果不理想。因此,对污泥采用合适的预处理方式,以改变污泥中胞外聚合物和污泥颖粒的性状与组分,降低污泥中水分的结合能,改善污泥脱水性能,降低脱水后泥饼含水率十分有必要。

Effect of pretreatment on protein degradation and transformation of sludge

Abstract:The lower the water content of the dehydrated mud cake, the smaller the sludge volume, the lower the transportation cost and the less cost for subsequent treatment and disposal. However, due to the existence of surface charges and extracellular polymeric substances, sludge is highly hydrophilic, and the combination of water molecules and sludge particles is combined in many ways. The mechanical dehydration effect is not ideal. Therefore, it is very necessary to adopt appropriate pretreatment for sludge to change the properties and components of extracellular polymeric substances and granular sludge, reduce the binding energy of water in sludge, improve sludge dewatering performance, and reduce the moisture content of cake after dewatering.

1. 剩余污泥

1.1污泥的性质及来源

污泥指污水处理后的产物,是一种由胶体、有机残片、无机颗粒、细菌菌体等组成的极其复杂的非均质体。污泥是介于液体和固体之间的浓稠物,呈胶状液态,其主要特点是含水率高,有机物含量高,容易腐化发臭,并且颗粒较细,比重较小。可以用泵运输,但很难通过沉降进行固液分离。
