印染废水水质特征分析与相关工艺

摘要:随着国内印染行业的迅速发展,其带来的污废水量也在逐年攀升。解决印染废水处理问题首要从工厂印染流程出发,研究每一步骤是否会产生废水,产生何种类型的废水,由于处理过程将废水汇集到调节池,可以大致估计调节池的废水大概的特征。根据印染废水的特征,了解了污水处理的基本工艺,并着重分析了深度处理的几种方法,由此寻找一条工艺路线可以使印染废水最终达到排放标准。

Analysis of water quality characteristics of printing and dyeing wastewater and related processes

Abstract:With the rapid development of the domestic printing and dyeing industry, the amount of wastewater generated by it has also increased year by year. The solution to the problem of dye wastewater treatment is to start from the factory printing and dyeing process, to study whether each step will produce wastewater and what kind of wastewater will be produced. The treatment process collects the wastewater into the conditioning tank, which can roughly estimate the approximate characteristics of the wastewater in the conditioning tank. According to the characteristics of dye wastewater, the basic process of sewage treatment was understood, and several methods of advanced treatment were analyzed. Therefore, finding a process route can finally achieve the discharge standard of printing and dyeing wastewater.
